According to Gichugu OCPD Anthony Mbogo, Brian Kamau, 22, and Ephantus Mureithi, 27, were arrested by officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations for tearing Ngirici’s banners at Kamugunda in Gichugu, Kirinyaga County.

The duo will be charged with malicious damage, contrary to Section 339 of the Penal Code.
