Risper Faith, a Kenyan socialite has undergone another cosmetic procedure to get rid of her skin tags.

Skin tags are small pieces of soft, hanging skin that may have a peduncle or stalk. They can appear anywhere on the body, but especially where skin rubs against other skin for the neck, armpits, breasts, groin area, and eyelids.

The mother of one shared her experience on her social media platform stating that she had made up her mind to get the procedure after struggling with th condition for a while. She added that she wanted to make the best in her 30s.

“Sooooo today I decided to remove skin tag from my body. 30s itaki makasiriko. @beautyquestspa am more than happy…” she wrote.

In her explanation, the tags were removed by a professional using intense heat through a process called Cauterization.

“This removal uses an electrocautery tool that heats a needle until it can burn through the stalk of the tag. The heat from the needle closes the wound so there is very little bleeding and often none when a skin tag is removed using this method,” wrote Risper.

Risper Faith underwent another cosmetic surgery known as liposuction in November 2020 to remove excess fat in her body. She said that she was not confident with her body since she gave birth to her child.

“All my life I was used to that small body, small waistline but immediately you give birth everything changes and to me, it seems like I’m not adjusting and I’m not accepting the fact that everything changed and so did my body, that is why it’s looking the way it is. After giving birth I weighed myself and I was 100kgs over 22months after I had given birth I’m weighing around 116kgs and my body just keeps growing and growing, I don’t feel beautiful anymore, I don’t feel myself anymore. I have been so down, I’m so moody lately,” she revealed.
