Seven months pregnant wife to a KDF soldier found dead in Uasin Gishu

A family in Ng'etmoi and Kosachei area in Baringo Central, Uasin Gishu County is crying for help after a body belonging to a mother of two was found dead in a pool of blood on Thursday morning.
According to the preliminary reports, Catherine Kipruto is allegedly said to have been slaughtered by a group of unknown men.
Kipruto's  husband Patrick Ngetich who is a youthful Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) officer confirmed the deatils through a tearful post on his facebook page on Thursday afternoon.
"It's with profound shock and disbelief that I announced untimely death of my lovely wife Catherine Kipruto who was brutally killed by unknown person at home Tebesonik village, Kosachei sub location, sugoi location, Turbo sub county, Uasin Gishu county," Ngetich posted.
Catherine's body was found on the floor by her children who then broke the news to the father.
"Sweetheart, I haven't believed that you are gone. Your children found you lying on the floor (in a) pool of blood, what will I tell our children? who killed you and why?" heartbroken Patrick wrote on his Facebook wall on Thursday morning while breaking the news.
Ngetich has revealed that his wife was seven months pregnant by the time she meet her death.
"How on this earth does a man kill a pregnant woman, my two innocent souls are gone. God please intervene I'm so much overwhelmed, weak and lack words to express how I feel," Patrick added.
The family and friend have now urged police officers in the region to quickly launch investigations leading to the murder of catherine who was pregnant at the time of her death.
