Raila Odinga-led Azimio la Umoja coalition is expected to file a petition on the recently concluded presidential election at the Supreme Court by 2 pm.

This is in line with the set constitutional deadline for filing a presidential petition.

The coalition was expected to file the petition on Sunday, but it was moved to Monday (Today) when the set deadline collapses.

After filing, Azimio will be expected to serve respondents within one day, who will then have four days to file their responses.

competitor  Raila 6.9 million votes.

Raila However Rejected the outcome Citing electoral fraud allegedly overseen by Chebukati,

He Vowed to seek Justice through the legal available means, his fate now resting on the seven judge bench in the Apex Court.

He believes the figures were manipulated in favour of his competitor and that if an audit is conducted, the results may be in his favour.
